Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using 233shops. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

01.Overview

Welcome to 233shops (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a platform operated by 233digital. 233shops enables independent agents (“Store Owners”) to create branded online storefronts and sell digital products — including mobile data bundles, airtime top-ups, and exam results checkers — to customers (“Buyers”) across Ghana.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the 233shops website, mobile experience, and all related services. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02.Eligibility

To use 233shops you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
  • Have authority to enter into a binding agreement and to use the payment method supplied.
  • Not have been previously suspended or removed from the platform.

03.Our Services

233shops provides a marketplace for three categories of digital products:

Data Bundles

Mobile internet data packages for MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo, and Yello networks.

Airtime Top-ups

Prepaid mobile airtime/credit across supported Ghanaian networks.

Results Checkers

Scratch-card PINs and serials for checking WAEC, BECE, and other examination results.

We act as an intermediary between Store Owners and Buyers. 233shops processes orders through our fulfillment partners and payment gateway (Paystack) but does not itself generate data bundles, airtime, or results checker codes.

04.Ordering & Delivery

This Is Not an Instant Service

Data delivery times vary between customers and orders. We process all orders diligently, but there may be delays depending on network conditions, fulfillment load, and provider availability.

For urgent, time-sensitive data needs, please dial *138# directly from your phone or use your network's instant self-service portal.

By placing an order you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Orders are processed on a best-effort, queued basis. We do not guarantee a specific delivery time.
  • Delivery speed may be affected by factors outside our control, including network congestion, carrier throttling, and system maintenance.
  • Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, it enters the processing queue and cannot be cancelled.
  • Results checker orders deliver PIN/serial combinations that may take additional time depending on provider availability.
  • You will receive status updates on your order through the order tracking page. Please be patient as we process your request.

05.Purchase Rules

The following rules apply to all purchases on 233shops. Failure to comply may result in order forfeiture without refund.

Verify recipient number before purchase

Double-check the phone number you enter. Orders sent to wrong numbers cannot be reversed or refunded.

No duplicate orders

Do not place the same order twice. Duplicate orders will not be refunded. If you are unsure about an order's status, check the tracking page before reordering.

Turbonet & Broadband SIMs are not eligible

Data bundles are for standard mobile SIMs only. Orders placed for Turbonet, Broadband, or MiFi SIM numbers will not be fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds.

One order at a time

Wait for your current order to be delivered before placing another for the same number. Stacking orders may cause processing delays.

Valid Ghanaian mobile numbers only

All phone numbers must be valid, active Ghanaian mobile numbers on the correct network for the selected bundle.

Results checker codes are single-use

Once a results checker PIN/serial is delivered, it cannot be reused or exchanged. Ensure you need the checker before purchasing.

06.Premium Service (AirtelTigo)

Certain products are fulfilled through our premium processing gateway. Premium service is currently available for AirtelTigo numbers only and includes the following benefits:

Priority Processing

Orders routed through our premium gateway for faster queue placement.

Enhanced Reliability

Premium routing ensures better success rates and fewer failed deliveries.

Faster Delivery

Typically processed faster than standard orders, though not guaranteed instant.

Dedicated Support

Premium orders receive priority attention from our support team.

AirtelTigo Numbers Only

Premium service works exclusively with AirtelTigo number prefixes: 026, 056, 027, 057, 023, 053. Orders placed for non-AirtelTigo numbers will be processed through the standard gateway. All standard purchase rules and no-refund policies apply to premium orders.

07.Refunds & Cancellations

No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Orders sent to the wrong phone number
  • Duplicate orders
  • Orders placed for ineligible SIM types (Turbonet, Broadband, MiFi)
  • Delays in delivery
  • Used or revealed results checker codes
  • Bundles that have been applied to the recipient's number

We may, at our sole discretion, issue credit or a replacement for orders that demonstrably failed on our end (e.g., payment confirmed but order never entered the processing queue). To request a review, contact us within 48 hours of placing the order with your order reference number.

08.Store Owner Terms

If you register as a Store Owner on 233shops, the following additional terms apply:

  • Activation Fee: Store creation requires a one-time activation fee (GHS 50 for existing 233digital agents, GHS 100 for new users). This fee is non-refundable.
  • Pricing Authority: Store Owners set their own retail prices. You are responsible for ensuring your prices are competitive and clearly communicated to your customers.
  • Accurate Representation: You must not misrepresent the products you sell, the delivery times, or any features of the service.
  • Customer Communication: You are responsible for managing customer expectations regarding delivery times and service limitations.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable Ghanaian laws and regulations, including consumer protection and telecommunications regulations.
  • Store Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any store that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or generates excessive customer complaints.

09.Payments & Withdrawals

All payments on 233shops are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details on our servers.

  • Prices are displayed and charged in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
  • Payment must be completed before any order is processed.
  • Store Owners can withdraw accumulated profits to their linked Ghanaian bank account, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of GHS 10.
  • Withdrawal processing times depend on the receiving bank and are typically completed within 24 hours on business days.
  • We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity on the account.

10.Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use 233shops for any of the following:

  • Social media advertising of your 233shops store. Running paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.) promoting your store or 233shops links is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity through the platform.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the platform in unauthorized ways.
  • Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the platform.
  • Reselling access to your 233shops account or store to third parties.
  • Impersonating another person, store, or entity on the platform.
  • Placing orders with stolen payment credentials or fraudulent payment methods.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users, store owners, or 233shops staff.

11.Account & Termination

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Permanent Account Deletion

Accounts that violate these Terms — particularly the prohibition on social media advertising — will be deleted permanently without prior warning. Deletion includes removal of your store, all associated data, and any remaining profit balance. This action is irreversible.

We may also suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms.
  • We are required to do so by law or regulatory order.
  • Your account has been inactive for an extended period (12+ months).
  • We reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding profit balances will be paid out to your linked bank account, subject to identity verification and a minimum balance of GHS 10.

12.Intellectual Property

The 233shops name, logo, design, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are the property of 233digital. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Store Owners retain ownership of any original content they upload (store descriptions, custom branding) but grant 233digital a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the platform.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, 233shops and 233digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

14.Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify you through the platform.

Your continued use of 233shops after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account deletion.
